This market resolves to Yes if, by September 17, 2026, 11:59 PM Moscow time, an official action by Russian authorities prevents the Yabloko party from participating in the 2026 Russian parliamentary elections as a political party. Such actions include denial or revocation of party registration, refusal or removal of its federal list, forced dissolution, suspension, or any official determination that votes for its federal list will not be counted. Voluntary withdrawal or individual candidate disqualifications do not count. Confirmation may come from official announcements by the Russian government or Yabloko, or from a consensus of credible reporting.
